B- PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Although our physical products are not refundable as they are more personalized, in cases of disliking the product and/or giving up without giving any reason, refund requests can be made with the right of withdrawal determined within the scope of the relevant legislation provisions, outside the scope of Secure E-Commerce processes. The right of withdrawal is used for products that are not customized and sold without printing. The right of withdrawal can be exercised as long as the product does not reach the customization stage. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products for which the service has been customized and printed with the approval of the consumer.

If the BUYER persistently wishes to use his right of withdrawal, the expenses and lost products resulting from the right of withdrawal will be invoiced to the BUYER. In this case, the Buyer will notify the Seller directly of the refund request and the obligations within the scope of the right of withdrawal will be fulfilled by the Seller.

Cargoes are sent at buyer's expense.

ABOUT PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DESIGN WORK

1-The products offered for sale by ATALART Interactive Design Center are offered for sale with options such as "unprinted", "with additional printing option" and "printed products" .

2-If product customization (printed product) is desired, information about the person or company can be sent to our company via the "Company Information for Design" and "Company Logo" adding modules, or the information can be sent to our company by contacting our WhatsApp line in our contact section.

3- After the product purchase is made, the design is made by our company's graphic designers in line with the customer's design requests and the product is sent to the customer for approval.

4- After the customer's approval is received, product printing begins. Printing is never started without approval. The "Printed Delivery Time" we foresee for the product starts with the receipt of product graphic approval...

5- The product delivery time and cargo tracking number will be communicated to the buyer via WhatsApp.

6- In customized products, the company representative is responsible for checking the accuracy of all information of the company regarding the designed product. After the company representative sends the note "we approve printing" to our design, if there is an error in the company information, the approved design will be taken into consideration.

7- Orders should be placed with the awareness that there may be slight tonal differences between the digitally designed colors and the printing colors in product printing.

8-Our company is responsible for printing errors made on customized products other than the "approved design" and incorrect printings are replaced with new ones. Apart from these, returns are not accepted for customized products.

9-In case of disputes regarding product sales and delivery, the provisions of the "Distance Selling Agreement" will be acted upon.
